DRY KITS
Comes with everything you need for a complete installation including a black powder coated 1.25lb. nitrous bottle with high flow valve and burst safety pin, stainless steel solenoid with high power coil use 1/8"npt inlet/outlet ports with .078" orifice, 4 foot 4AN steel braided line from bottle to solenoid, 3 foot steel braided line from solenoid to air box, spray fogging nozzle, all necessary fittings, bottle clamp, 3 jets 15-20-30), wiring and instructions. Optional 2.5lb bottle, larger jets, extra feed line and fittings. Use as is, or add products below as needed.

WET KITS
Unlike Dry Kits, wet kits are used for additional fuel delivery for larger horsepower, requiring an additional fuel solenoid, plus a fuel pump to provide that fuel, requiring separate fuel and nitrous lines for each cylinder. Wet kits are used for all carbureted engines and require the wet kit fogger shown below to be tapped into the carbs. Wet kits can also be used for fuel injected motorcycles when more horsepower and more control is required etc for solid AFR (air fuel ratio). Bigger horsepower always means finite tuning.

BOTTLES
HardRider provides a choice of two premium aluminum nitrous bottles for your motorcycle kit, either 2.5lb or 1.25lb. bottles. This choice comes down to install location and look. Bigger bottles give more longevity and some riders get around this by adding a second bottle in the smaller size. Bottles come with High Flow Valve and Burst Safety Valve in Black powdered finish.
The Green Hornet busa, uses 2-2.5lb. bottles, with premium frame mounts. Bottles in pic are custom painted.HardRider also provides larger bottles for automobile use or as a mother bottle to fill the smaller bottles.

Note About Nitrous
Nitrous is NOT Nitro Methane. Nitro methane is a fuel used by top class Drag bikes/cars and is in no way similar or linked to nitrous oxide. In fact they couldn't be more different, as nitro methane is a flammable fuel, while nitrous oxide is a non-flammable oxidiser.

SOLENOIDS
NitroBoost solenoids are manufactured using a proprietary plunger material that is swelling resistant. Crafted with a strong stainless steel base, these solenoids are a staple in the high-performance market. The primary purpose of a solenoid is to act as a valve turning the nitrous and fuel on and off. Different sizes of solenoids are available depending on the amount of flow required. Only use a PTFE thread sealant paste to seal fittings.

BRAIDED LINES
Perfect for nitrous solenoid. 4AN and 3AN female to 1/8" npt male. NitroBoost stainless steel braided hoses are PTFE-lined and factory-assembled to provide safe, secure plumbing for your nitrous and fuel line needs. The hoses are available in a variety of lengths, diameters, end fitting sizes and thread attachment styles. Hose ends are offered with a red, blue, or black anodized finish. Stainless AN lines have anodized fittings with a Teflon lined inside of the fitting to unsure no leaks. Copper lines custom by quote.

CUSTOM COPPER LINES
Copper lines are quickly becoming the go-to choice for nitrous lines. The most obvious advantage of copper lines is that they are much more durable, flexible and stronger. Furthermore, since they are made from a flexible material, they can bend around tight corners with ease.
Copper is also more resistant to temperature fluctuations than other metals, allowing it to maintain its performance even in extreme temperatures and it does not absorb as much heat as other materials. More than anything, copper lines are designed to offer maximum efficiency by allowing for greater flow. HardRider provides made to measure custom copper lines with fittings. Copper are custom prepared priced by quotation only.

MOTEC DUAL LAMBDA
The C125 is a popular model in MoTeCs range of colour Displays and Display Loggers. Striking in design and powerful in functionality, the C125 offers display, data logging, auxiliary control and programmable LEDs all in one compact device. The vivid 125mm screen (approx 5″) is high resolution with up to 32Gig of logging capacity.
MoTec LTC (Lambda to CAN) modules monitor, control and diagnose Bosch LSU 4.9 Lambda sensors, transmitting readings on a CAN bus. When multiple LTCs are used, up to 32 Lambda sensors can be configured on a single CAN bus, allowing a CAN-enabled ECU or logging device to simultaneously monitor numerous Lambda sensors. NITROUS MOTHER BOTTLE NUT
The mother of all nuts, this fitting goes on the mother bottle, usually a 10 or 15lb. bottle for motorcycle usage. This has the male 4AN end for the 4AN braided line for filling the smaller bottles.

NITROUS BOTTLE PRESSURE GAUGE
Liquid Filled Nitrous Pressure Gauge 1.5" with white face and chrome bezel. Mount this show quality gauge on your bottle so you can keep an eye on that bottle pressure. Comes with 1/8" NPT male output fitting so it can screw right into the side of your bottle port.

NITROUS AIR/FUEL GAUGE (AFR)
If you are running any kind of motorcycle modification like nitrous, turbo, supercharger etc, you are going to require an AFR air/fuel gauge to keep your ratio in the correct zone. This gauge will let you know if for whatever reason your ratio is not correct and to shut down and re-tune. Problem could be a bad injector, fuel pump or in the case of a nitrous kit, too much nitrous and not enough fuel. With this gauge installed you do not need to worry about damaging your engine.
LC-2 Lambda Cable (Standalone Wideband Controller) with wideband 02 Sensor and Billet round 2-1/16" display in a stand alone package deal. Comes with everything you need even the weld on bung. No computer needed as this kit is stand alone and ready to go. Bosch Wideband Sensor Included. The LC-2 is a complete wideband controller. It features the same award-winning patented digital measurement principal found in the LM-2, and includes digital input, output, and 2 programmable analog outputs. Can optionally be programmed to output data or be configured to work with aftermarket fuel injection systems.

HIGH TEMPHEAT SINK BUNG
Heat-Sink Bung Extender (HBX-1) The Bosch LSU4.2 wide-band O2 sensor (shipped as part of the LM-1 kit) is rated to operate at an exhaust gas temperature of < 1300 degrees (F), and a sensor housing temperature of < 900 degrees (measured at the bung) for maximum accuracy and control. When either of these operating temperature ranges is exceeded, the sensor can no longer be accurately controlled. The LM-1 is designed to display an error message under these conditions (currently 08- Sensor Timing Error) rather than provide inaccurate readings.

This fitting holds a standard NOS style flare jet. A -3AN braided line attaches over the jet and screws onto the fitting to seal and secure the jet in place. You can use this fitting for dry nitrous applications into air box's, manifolds etc.

NITROUS JETS
Buy What You Need. Our Nitrous jets are precision machined, perfect flowing with numbers stamped into the sides indicating just how much nitrous will be allowed to pass. Jets can be used for nitrous or fuel. A Wet Kit might call for a #58 Nitrous jet and a #32 fuel jet, simply buy a #58 and a #32 jet. See chart below on this page.

NITROUS MINI CONTROLLER
The Mini Controller is a 2-stage progressive nitrous controller featuring two independent stages of nitrous control, each with its own throttle position activation switch and progressive control ramps. It eliminates the need for a window switch, and allows you to turn the nitrous on and off at set points.
The controllers also feature two programmable outputs so you can control timing retard or other devices. Includes hand-held touch screen programmer which makes it quick and easy.

NITROUS BOTTLE SCALE
Our Nitrous scale comes with two weighing capacity choices of 60lb, 110lb depending on your needs. Start Weight from 10g/0.5oz. Our scale has a graduation of 0.1oz. and can be powered by batteries. Comes with USB cable, and AC adapter. Tare function which allows you to zero out the number for the previous weighing objects. Hold function allows you to lock the number after you take the package off the platform. It's critical to fill bottles to the correct weight and extremely important not to over fill. Over filling will cause the bottle pressure to rise out of the safety zone and will also damage solenoids. Bottles do have safety burst valves.
